We applied to this apartment twice at their encouragement after they stated that they had a “cancellation “ after being rejected once, incurring fees of about $130. We were then rejected again despite meeting all the requirements listed.

I paid for a friend’s application so both of us were scammed and given the indication that we would get the apartment and this wasted time in our apartment search, incurring a further loss.
