I think I have been scammed by them too. I sent them money via Zelle. They were all nice and friendly until I said I wanted to drive over and pick up the puppy. Now they have ghosted me. Im going to the bank in the morning to see if there is anything I can do. I have a devastated teenager- this is her Quarentine reward.

Same thing happened to me except I didn't send money due to this review. Previous person should call the FTC at 1 877 383 4357 and FBI complaint center at www.ic3.gov. They would not let someone come to even see the pups unless a deposit was sent first. You can also do a local police report.

I was victim of puppy scam. In hindsight I should have saw it coming, but we were too excited to get a cute puppy. Website seemed legit and emails were answered right away. We were sent additional photos and a video of the puppy, that is when we were hooked. We hesitated about the shipping of a dog and would have never considered normally but they kept saying these were their family and they wouldn’t harm them. And in this time of COVID everything seems to be delivered. They said we had to use Zelle. I had never heard of that but to my surprise my banking app already had it, further making me think this was legit. They gave me their Zelle account email address which was different than the one I had been communicating with. They used [email protected]. Said her name was Briana Mafi. I didn’t read more about Zelle how you are only supposed to make transactions with people you know or trust. I guess I trusted this at the time. I’ve always been able to cancel transactions before but apparently not with Zelle. We woke up with a bad feeling and did more research. The address they gave in Panama City, FL was used before in other puppy scams. I’m out money but I want these people shut down. Lesson learned for me but please help protect others in the future. These websites and emails and accounts all have to be tied to something.

call the FTC at 877 382 4357, fill out the FBI complaint at IC3.gov...call florida dept of agriculture at 850 410 3800 and file a local police report. All this information was given to me by the national elder fraudline at 1 833 372 8311. They are operating as golden retriever groomers also.
