Recipient was never notified. Turns out I didn't get an email confirmation.
Visited with recipient and was told he was never notified.
Today 1/16/24 attempted to find a contact phone number. First one was "not a working number"
Another "publisher" phone number answered with a "BEEP" and nothing else.
Reported the scam to my credit card company.
