In looking for a Doberman puppy, I came across the Magdalene Doberman home website. The website seems super legit, with a cute design, pretty pictures, and fancy breeder jargon with a lot of information made to overwhelm customers who are ignorant in the world of breathing like myself. This website will have photos and names of the available puppies for adoption. Oh upon investigation you’ll see that the photos of the puppies and were saved and cropped to fit their ad. The photos were taken none other than our favorite Website for DIY ideas, Pinterest! When you contact them they’ll ask for your basic information and tell you about the puppy and everything at the puppy will come with. These basic questions are asked in a manner so that the scammer is able to put himself far away enough from you to require a state to state delivery. Ultimately requiring you to pay a large lump sum of money through your choice provided to you by the scammer via Zelle, money order or Apple Pay. The scammer will then input all your basic information in a phony bill of sale document that will require your signature. Only leaving left your payment. After your payment you will receive an email by them telling you that tomorrow morning they will go and register your pup for their flight and they will get back to you with the tracking number. A tracking number and a email you will never receive. Upon further investigation you will see multiple websites with different names, different web designs, and puppy names. All with the same photos from the last website.
