I contacted the shipper and the online store instructing them to cancel my order after discovering there was no such thing as a HMTA license being issued to a private citizen. The online store instructed me to contact the shipper as to how I could obtain the HMTA license. This was their response:
"Hello,
You will need to choose from any of the three(3) categories sent to you below (Category A,B, or C) and make the payment directly to our eminent head office responsible for processing of your H.M.T.A license so we can put back your package on transit to your address. Also, we will be needing the following information to process your H.M.T.A license and put your package back on transit after making the payment.
-A PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO
-FULL NAMES
-DATE OF BIRTH
-DRIVING LICENSE"
I obviously was being scammed. I cut all contact with the online store and shipping service.
