I ordered a product from MagicStyler. 2 days later, my husband gave me a better product as a belated Christmas gift.

As soon as I received my product, I contacted MagicStyler for a refund as they had a 30 day refund policy.

For nearly 3 weeks, they either ignored my emails about asking for an address to send the product back to, or offered me 17% off to keep the product. I declined.

Then came the stipulations. You must send us pictures of the product before returning it. You must send proof that you had mailed the product and provide a tracking number. You must include a note inside the returned package with your contact information and order number. The final stipulation came when I sent them a picture of my receipt from the post office proving I had really begun the process of returning the product. Thank God I had the forethought to do it anyway.

Then, before they even received the package, they sent me a message saying I hadn't met the terms of their return policy. When I asked why, they ignored me.

The next message I received was another offer of 35% off the keep the product. I informed them they had gotten my box the day before

They said as soon as their inspectors had a chance to look at the condition of the item, they would determine if I was entitled to a refund.

That was a week ago.

When I wrote to them today inquiring about the status of my refund, they asked why I didn't want to keep the product and offered me 35% off to keep it.

Like they hadn't ever heard from me before.

They have a 30 day return policy. It took me 3 weeks of contacting them daily to even get an address to send my return to.

By the time I shipped it back, it was 32 days after delivery and I know they are going to tell me I didn't return it in time.

Nevermind that they made it impossible for me to do so.

To add to the frustration, the only way to contact them is through their website. No telephone number. No live chat. Nothing except a form to fill out.

Whereupon, the interaction triggers an email saying a customer service agent will be in touch within 24 hours. That hasn't happened yet.

The product was purchased and attempted to return. The company refused to offer a refund and does not comply with their return policy. Several attempts were made to reach out about a refund before finally hearing from the company.
