Saw ads on ** for a sale on magnetic blocks. Looked for the “official” MagnaCraft website. Seemed legit so I ordered around Black Friday. Got a confirmation and tracking number. Only tracking info I have ever received is “In Transit” from China I think. Contacted customer service at [email protected] For a while the website was down, and I couldn’t track at all. When the tracking link worked again, no change and it’s a bogus site. I’m out $165.00 and never got the present I ordered for Christmas.

Around Halloween, I kept seeing ads on Facebook for Magnacraft Minecraft magnetic building blocks. We are a gamer family, especially Minecraft, so I decided to buy my son 2 sets for Christmas. I specifically ordered from this company because they looked just like Minecraft blocks. On November 27th, I purchased 2 sets during their "Black Friday Sale". My total, with free shipping, was $147, with an estimated shipping of 4-7 business days. I checked my tracking number with YDH two weeks later, and all it said was that the shipping info was received in China on November 30th. There were no further updates. Then the website kept stating it was under maintenance, so I didn't know who to contact. At this point, I know they weren't arriving before we left for Christmas. I got their contact info, and sent them an email the last week of December. I asked what was going on, and told them that I either need the package by the end of January, or they will need to cancel my order and issue me a refund. It took a week for a response, and all they said was that they had gotten backed up due to Christmas, everything was back on track, and they were confident that I would receive my shipment by the end of January. Weeks later, there are still no shipping updates, their website is gone, and they haven't responded to my emails. I am contacting my bank to dispute the charge.

I ordered Magnacraft items from their website for my son as a Christmas gift. I was issued an email saying they were processing my order, which was shortly followed by another email saying they would not be able to fulfill orders by the holidays. I ordered in late November. The website is now not found.

MagnaCraft are magnetic blocks that look like Minecraft. They are for x-mas lots of different companies make them. This particular company was running a Black Friday with discounted prices on their sets. I bought two sets off their website on the Black Friday deal. Shortly after my order confirmation, I received an email that their website was under maintenance. There was track for my shipment with a delivery that has past. I have contacted their customer service email with no answers. Now when I go to their website there is nothing there. When I go to track my package nothing is there. I have since looked at reviews and I’m not the only one who has been through this they have ads on TikTok as well

I placed this order on Black Friday, I recieved notice it shipped on 12/2 but when the tracking had not updated from "awaiting item" after a few days, I reached out by email, I recieved no response after several more days and went to the site to find a phone number only to see it had been disabled. I filed fraud charges but I've still heard nothing. Tracking has still never updated.

I originally saw their product advertised on Instagram. I did my own web search and found a legit looking website and product with reviews. Ordering was no problem and a tracking number was sent in a couple days. The tracking number showed no movement over the span of a couple weeks (also from a carrier I’d never heard of before). I then received an email saying lots of shipments have been delayed due to overwhelming orders but don’t worry, it’ll ship soon (even though, supposedly, it already shipped). Now I received an email saying the website is down for maintenance but they should be up soon. There is no phone number, that I could find, and a support email address that goes un responded to ([email protected])
