Contacted by a person who said they were with Magnetique hair vitamins. She immediately launched into how I owe them money, I was legally bound, that I ordered product based on a free 15 day trial and that I did not call to cancel before the trial ended. She stated my order happened in March of 2021 - that I was only billed $4.99 for shipping - and I still owed $89.52. I told her I never ordered the Magnetique product. I went on the website and did not recognize this as something I ordered. She said I could've ordered from WalMart or Amazon?? so I checked my bank account for a $4.99 charge in March of 2021. it was not there.

Then I asked for customer service because she kept saying this was my last chance to pay or she was turning me over to collections?? I was adamant that I didnt' order the product. I also mentioned the card she said was charged I cancelled bc of fraudulent activity. she said this was an actual purchase and she had a shipping confirmation that it was delivered?? I asked her to email me the shipping confirmation and an invoice and she said she couldn't. I hung up and called the customer service number she gave me. They were equally as unhelpful and kept threatening to turn me over to collections. I said if you were a legit business you would email me an invoice or mail me a hard copy of my bill. He hung up. I called back and asked to talk to a manager - they said one wasn't available. So I left with their names and told them if they were legitamit they would mail me something - I don't give my credit card over the phone any more. THIS WAS A TOTAL SCAM TRYING TO GET ME TO PAY THEM OVER THE PHONE FOR SOMETHING I NEVER ORDERED. I checked my checking account for January 2021, February 2021, and March 2021. No $4.99 shipping charges for Magnetique which they swore I made. Nothing. Total scam
