We had a very similar experience to the above! Saw the AD on Facebook, ordered the toy for my kids, and received an email that the item shipped. The item never shipped. I wrote the seller twice with no response. The order was placed in January '24.

I saw this website through Facebook ads, the magnetic blocks were to be a gift for my child. I placed the order and received a confirmation email, then a couple days later another email came saying they shipped and tracking would be provided when it is available. Tracking information never came. I attempted many times to contact the seller with no response. I placed the order February 4th and it is now well into March.
