I searched how to change your address and an ad popped up for a website. I did not look twice and the website looked similar to the USPS site. I entered my information and paid for the forwarding of address and it charged me $90.

Using this website will charge you $89.95 to update mailing addresses. This is not tied to the post office, and also will not actually change your address. There is only one representative that answers the phone. No supervisor is available. They cannot find your transaction, even with the confirmation emails. This website looks very similar to the USPS website, and you can easily mistake it for the official site.

This is a change of address scamming website that is set up to look like the post office's. I filled out the their online form to change my address, and submit, thinking I was on the post office website. They immediately charged my credit card $79.95, and send an order confirmation with an address of 138 E 12300 S, Draper, Utah, and phone number, (928) 970-5582, to call for customer support. I immediately called to cancel the payment but there is no customer service support. Instead there is an robotic automated voice trying to make a deal to refund 50% for removing moving offers and service from payments, and process the address change only for 50%. They also have instructions to email them at [email protected], and they will get back to me in one business day, and to view refund policy at Polymath LLC. I checked Polymath LLC and there is no refund policy.

I tried to go back to the website to try and cancel the order but it disappeared. It did not load after the transaction.
