Uses plain white business window envelope with font and official information similar to a notice of policy cancellation and/or credit card activation final notice, etc. "FINAL NOTICE", "****RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED*****", "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED", and use of actual bank lender name near the address "Lender info: (Your actual bank name as it appears on a transaction statement, etc)" and showing only address from "Home Warranty Division - Private & Confidential"
Content includes messages like "our final attempt to notify you..." and "Failure to call and prevent a potential lapse of coverage..." Is misleading. It is easy to see how this could confuse many home owners.
Please understand this is clever spam, no different than the sort for several decades attempting to get you to transfer domain registration over by alerting you that your business domain name is about to expire, etc. Don't fall for these.

My husband, who passed over a year ago, received a letter that had his name, our address, a fake check for 258,000.00 and a partial photo copy of two one dollar bills displayed in the window of the envelope. I am sick of these letters. I tried to call the number listed to stop these letters. I called two ways: 574-766-7993 and 1-574-766-7993. I received a voicemail that there was a systems error both times, and also received a text saying, "Sorry I missed your call. I am out of the office right now. I will return your call on the next business day." I do not know if this business is legit, a "fishing" expedition, or just annoying. I do want them to stop! Can you help with this?
