The tracking information, supposedly delivered on 5/4/21, says the package it weighs 1.40 lbs, which is impossible for a hot tub no matter how cheap it is….The actual website says the tub alone weighs over 200 lbs (without water) I am also not nieve enough to beleive it was delievered within 2 days from Ohio, or Switzerland. I have contridicting info about the business location as well.
Because Majexy provided "proof of delivery" Pay Pal will not refund my money. Hard lesson learned but I hope noone else falls for this!!
