One month, and 14 emails later, the customer service team said that the refund is still "processing," and that they are so sorry. I finally told them I would be opening a case against them to get the refund through paypal, and today, I get this reply: " Dear customer, Thanks for your email.
For your order MS-36336,I have checked with our financial department, your refund USD:31.39 has been issued on 2019-06-10. After we operate the refund, the refund will be successful after approximately 5-7 business days, and there will be approximately one month of arrival time, depending on the type of bank card.Please contact the bank for status. If there will be any problem, you can just contact with us.
Wish you and your family a blessed day."
Clearly, it does not take more than 3 months to issue a simple refund, and they are simply dragging me along hoping I will not file a complaint, while they have absolutely no intention of ever issuing me refund.
I would very much love to save others from this company. They should not be permitted to exist, as they are clearly a scam company that sells poor quality product and promises refunds that they do not actually send.
