I was very excited to get my puppy. We had agreed to $450 with free shipping. I sent $250 at first and was going to send $200 once I got my puppy. The day my puppy was supposed to arrive he sends me a message saying that the airline is requiring a $350 insurance fee. I explain to him that this wasn't apart of the agreed upon price. It took him 1 1/2 days to respond to me that he can't send him without an insurance fee. I explained to him that I would pay half for the insurance fee and he never responded. I have asked for my money back and have not heard back in two days. This is ridiculous and I would like to get my money back.
