A Mitch Steiner called claiming to be with Make A Wish Foundation stating I had been selected to receive a prize in the amount of $450,000. He sated I needed to pay $4000 up front for insurance to send the money. I said I could not do that. He then said they could offer me aid money of $3500 but I would still be responsible for $950. I knew this was a scam. He said they had been sending me stuff in the mail. I never received anything.
