I ordered some make up. It's been over 2 months. I emailed them several times. They stated my products were on back order. Then they said I can get a refund. I have not received any product or refund since Jan 2, 2020. I just wrote them again. People need to be warned. I'm out $89.41.

I never received my order from this site. I sent 8 emails. I waited 3 MONTHS. I was told it by "C***" that it was lost in the mail and they would send another after you "confirmed" it was lost. They never sent it to me and stopped replying to my messages. This site is a scam and should be shut down.

I have contacted postal services and it seems like they have lost track of your package and the chances of you receiving it are pretty small.
Even though we can't be held responsible of postal services inability to deliver your package, we will send you a new package free of charge as soon as we have final confirmation from postal services that your package has been lost.
We sincerely hope that this delivery incident will not affect the image you have of our store.
