On June 9th my daughter bought a bathing suit from Malibu Coastal

On August 7th -- I sent an email to the company requesting our money back as we never received the item. They sent back this response:

On August 8th - They responded saying the item was shipped on June 25th. We still have NOT recieved the item.

Every time I reach out -- they say the item has shipped but are unable to provide a tracking number. They assure me that I will recieve the item but as of August 29 th -- 3 months later -- we have not received the package OR received a REFUND as per our request!

This company advertised on Facebook they were running a “limited time only” giveaway on a trendy black bikini set. The swimsuit was free, but you had to pay the shipping & handling ($9.95 for me.) Okay - seems fair; a way to bring in customers to your website, so I took the bait. I ordered my swim suit, and paid my S&H. I instantly received a message to my email with my purchase receipt. After a few weeks, I had not received another email with tracking information. I clicked on the link to track my package but it was “untraceable.” I sent an email to the support address listed in my e-receipt. I asked when I could expect my order to be delivered. This was July 20th. It is now August 3rd and I have not received a message back. “Conviently,” there is no number for me to call. Another odd occurance, shortly after placing my order, $200 was fraudulently taken from my checking account from an entirely different state, and I had not lost my debit card. All in all, this site is likely a scam. I’m disappointed in myself for falling for it, but more disappointed that people can so easily take advantage of and steal from innocent people. If it seems too good to be true, it is. DO NOT order from this website. You might lose much more than your shipping & handling costs.

Their name is just as deceiving as their image. They use models on instagram posing on what looks like, a beach coast. However, their product does not match their photos. Their product is made and sent from a warehouse in China. Not their company. Complete false advertisement. They also claim to be able to track your orders, but even on the package it says “untracked.” Also, I didn’t receive everything I ordered.
