Ordered late May. Shipped in June... took two months from order placement to arrival. Held in purgatory right here in my city. Finally asked my mailman how to get my package (showed him tracking invoice). He said to call the USPS office locally that he gets my mail from. Did that - the gal couldn't use my tracking number to find the package because the number changes once it hits the states and I wasn't given that number. She said these shipments from China come bundled together in big bags. Until the bags get opened, the packages can't get distributed. Problem? Postal Service is short staffed! (with 15% unemployment... can't they fix that?) She said she has had same problem. MORAL of the STORY: DO NOT ORDER FROM CHINA (plus one of my items was MISSING from the shipment AND two were not as advertised on the website (screen-printed, not embroidered.) Learned my lesson. BUY AMERICAN.
I entered it and it gave me the info for my package. I decided to also add the invalid tracking # on the pitney bowes tracking and it worked as well. I will let everyone know when I get my package. I have ordered from this company before and had absolutely no problems receiving my order fairly quickly. So Im pretty sure our world issues are what is causing the delays.
I ordered an item in March, it's now mid J7ne and still says it's in China. They refuse to refund my money.
I have continually emailed and asked to 4refund my money. I was told aftercare full month that they hadn't sent it out yet because they didn't have my size and did I want a xxxl size? I weigh 117lbs! I told them at that point to please refund. That was over 2 months ago...
I saw this site and am saddened to see more people lost money too. They got their $50 immediately and after over 3 months I still haven’t gotten my package. I am more than happy to file charges and join you all, but do we have a recourse ? This is awful. The site I saw was on Facebook. Do they have any responsibility to fix this? Feel free to reply, I apparently have been scammed to.
