Clicked on a business ad to purchase a chair they were advertising at a great price.

Went through the normal online business process for payment and all seemed legitimate until I followed up because the shipping confirmation had still not been received weeks later. Emailed the service address and it was undeliverable. Clicked find my order and received errors. I've been unable to get any response from anything I've tried.
