Found listing for Maltese Puppies online breeders. Sent him an email to get his phone number and i sent him mine. He never called. Over email he told me that the dog I wanted was still available and he would give me the dog half price because the dog was getting older. Didn't accept credit cards. They didn't pressure me to buy. It took me 10 days to decide to buy this dog. Asked me to send a money gram card for $500 plus $200 for shipping. Said i would send half with the other half on receipt of the puppy dog. I sent half of the money.
