Tried to purchase a maltese dog. Things appeared to be going well until i got an email and calls from the supposed transport company saying i needed to rent an insulated crate to get the dog brought to me. I recieved an email, phone call from the supposed shipping company, and the breeder has texted me but will not answer calls
