I just got scammed by "Tristan Henderon". He contacted me back on www.topalteseandmix.com when I showed an interest in one of their Maltese puppies. The puppies were sold for $600 + a $90 home delivery service. He requested the payment thru either Zelle, cashapp, or gift cards. He asked me to send the $690 to [email protected] and for proof of payment to continue on with the paperwork. After sending proof, he sent me a "Bill of Sale". I requested the puppy to be delivered on Sunday 7/5/20.
On Saturday morning, I received an email from "SWIFT DELIVERIES" ([email protected]), sending me the puppy's tracking information. They also asked me for an additional $990 to rent an AC crate due to COVID19. He requested that I Zelle him at [email protected] (Ceesay Muhamed Ali). Upon delivery of the puppy, he said I would get $900 refunded in cash or check.
With the situation sounding fishy, I emailed the seller and he reassured me that the $900 will be returned to me upon delivery of the puppy. By this point, I felt uncomfortable sending them another payment.
