They contacted me through email after I posted for a freelancer/translator job on PeoplePerHour.com. They proceeded to collect basic information about me and had me sign a digital contract, I was “hired” and they sent me a 35 page document and wanted me to translate. After finishing the project I sent them the documents and the proceeded to ask for my local bank information, I told them I would like my payment through PayPal but they denied my request.

I felt sketchy about the situation so I did some background checks on them and found their website is terribly made, the links don’t work, their website doesn’t fit what they are promoting, I checked on google maps and found nothing, they are a group of scammers in my opinion, I’ve received emails from similar emails and I’ve denied them since this situation.
