Enrolled in a Management Essential Training Course through Eventbrite scheduled for December 13th 2021. The course was $617. A few days prior to the event, I received an e-mail that the course would be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. They offered a virtual course and I consented and said, yes... that would work. I was corresponding with someone named "Michael" and he said he would get back to me regarding details. I never heard anything back so I sent an e-mail over to follow up and didn't hear anything back. A week later, I sent another follow up e-mail, still nothing. I sent one more before I intended to call my credit card company to report fraud and get a refund. Finally someone responded. Michael says he would let me know Wednesday about rescheduling the course (1/19/22), a month later, still trying to get some answers. I decide to look the company up and find on the Google reviews that many others had similar situations occur. The company doesn't exist. The address in based out of India. The website hasn't been updated since 2019, however, it appears as if someone is managing reviews and social media.
