1. First scam is their email that says they're giving something away free that they usually charge for. The free item is only a long video ad without an answer.

2. The second scam is the 60 day moneyback guarantee. when I clicked on that button, the only option I had was to get back money for the add on product, but not the original more expensive product.

I can spot a scam when I see it. So I did not purchase this item. There's no other way to get a refund. No other customer Service contact
