I saw an ad on Facebook to order two ultimate icon sets for $49.98 plus free shipping. I thought it was a legitimate ad through the company Sol de Janeiro. The ads kept playing and I thought it was a black Friday special so I ordered it for my daughter for Christmas. I didn't realize until after I paid for it that it was a different company selling it under the name manlycubic. This all seems to be an elaborate scam because there was a tracking number and customer service. They claim the item was delivered but it wasn't. Not only was someone home at the time but I have security cameras. I don't think anything was actually ever sent and when I went to the companies actual website, the set like the one I ordered should have cost $225. I should have done my research and want to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else. The ads and reviews looked legitimate so I think they were stolen from the actual company. the last response I had from customer service was that they showed the package as delivered and they aren't responsible for stolen packages. They offered me a 30 percent refund which is rediculous. I just want to be sure other people don't lose out on funds. Any help is appreciated.

Facebook prompted a deal on bum bum cream package which I stupidly thought might be real. It wasn’t. I should’ve know. Better

Ordered through facebook. They say it was delivered 12/5/23 at 21:05. They Even have me a tracking number. I sent to usps and they said that is their tracking number but it was never scanned in the usps system. Manly cubic said to check with neighbors. Our camera does not show anybody at our door on 12/5/23 at 21:05. They have offered to give me a 30% refund. I also ordered another item through a different company have the exact same issue of no delivery and offering 30% refunf.
