I contacted the company from the internet search for shipping containers. The owner who said his name was Tony Manning called me back and gave me his cell number because I asked for pictures of the container I was going to purchase. He said if I was not satisfied with the container, the delivery would return to the terminal yard and I would not pay more than e shipping cost of 350.00. The arrangement was to pay half down and the other half upon delivery and it would take 12 hours for the container to arrive, I agreed to those terms and sent the half of 825.00 which is what his text message indicated,. The next morning I received a tracking text message with the company name, website and a tracking number as well as a delivery date. At the bottom of the document was a note indicating that 350.00 was due upon delivery along with a permit to place the container on my property and proof of insurance. After contacting my parish permit office, I called Tony back to report that their was no need for a permit and that my insurance company would cover any object I added to my property, He called me back to say that I should pay the balance to him sin e the delivery company would only receive the shipping fee. So I sent the remaining half minus the 350.00. Later that day He called me back to say that there was an issue with the delivery company needing the permit before the container could be shipped ànd I needed to pay him , I yelled at him saying that I would NOT give him any more money. There is no need for a permit. Send my container and what time will it arrive?. He said he would get with the logistics company and call me back. Meanwhile, I called the logistics company to discover that they handle and deliver only produce and the tracking number I had been given was not valid, At this point when I finally reached Tony, I asked for my money back and just cancel the order. He said I would get half since he shipped. I said no! You told me that the container did not ship because the company would not ship it without a permit that I needed to pay you for. So, I want my money back all of it, you never shipped anything to me. He said let me call you back. Today, now the 4th day without my container or my money, the cell phone is disconnected and the office phone has a party not available message,
