I ordered a Christmas ornament from an Instagram advertisement. Waited a month and the day before it was supposed to be delivered the “tracking info” stated that the order was returned for invalid address. After checking the order receipt the address was correct. I contacted the company to request a refund they requested my address. I informed them that the address that was on the order was correct. I requested a refund 4 times before they stopped responding.
