I received a text from 1-858-766-6997 stating "I'm Maunel Franco, the Powerball winner of $768 Million in Powerball Millions Jackpot, click here to see my winning interview https://www.Youtube.com/watch?v=Tm@y1G7zC0. I'm donating $20,000 to 200 random individuals .if if you get this your number was selected after a spin ball. For verifications, confirmation and shipment of your winnings text the agent in charge. Mr David Gonzalez 321-578-7281 Thanks hope this helps you". This guy David Gonzalez then wanted me to send a picture of my Texas or State ID to collect my portion of the $20,000. I advised him I wasn't comfortable sending my Id and for him to send me his. He then sent a picture of himself holding a FedEx with his name on it as well as special Agent Designation and his signature. I have his picture in my phone, unable to attach it because I'm on my work computer. The email listed above is one he advised I could use, but not his.
