This person sent me a Mass Text with their phone number which is 612-386-2611 and the other number in the mass text sent to me is 206-706-6170 and they claimed to be; and (I quote exactly how they sent me the message), Mr Manuel Franco the $768 Million Powerball Winner and my phone number was randomly picked as one of the lucky winners for a $100,000 check from their giveaway program and my winnings code is HD50 and to claim my winnings to contact Charles David at +1(518)-303-2665
