Text from someone stating to be Manuel Franco, powerball winner, spreading some of my wealth..........I have voluntarily decided to donate the sum of $300,000.00 to you as one among my 200 monthy spined(unless this was supposed to be 'spinned', not sure) phone number benefactors, if you get this message then your number was selected after a spin ball. To Claim........send a text to the agent in charge of dispatching the following (asked for a lot of personal info). Gave a claim code and offered a phone number for 'key Forster the agent in charge of (904)701-2567 OR [email protected] Text him for confirmation and deliver your winnings.' When I searched Manuel Franco's name and added lottery scam, I found a bunch of previous reports on this being used on many people. Hope this helps to keep others safe.
