Facebook featured Manzogo’s advertisement. (hoping that they have stopped) The website Manzogo.com was selling Graco car seats on sale. There were what looked like secure safety assurances at the bottom of the website. It looked pretty legitimate minus not having a phone number (only had email). I feel like Facebook should be more responsible in who they allow to advertise on their website.

Website promised very cheaply priced Graco car seats. Could pay only with a MasterCard. They give you an order number and a confirmation email but never make good with the product.

As others have reported with this scam, my wife and I have been looking for an additional car seat for anyone that may have our child for an extended stay. After finding a "supposed" sale of 60% off on them at Monzogo.com, it seemed like a no-brainer. The first thing that should have tipped me off was that they only accepted MasterCard...but you received an additional gift, so what was there to lose. After making the purchase, the confirmation went to my SPAM folder, along with my newly created Monzogo account credentials (including password) in plain text...including my password. Two big red flags right there. In their email, they state that email is their most important way of communication, and that their email address is ***. Red flag there that their email doesn't match their business name. After a week went by and having not heard anything, I checked the bank account used and there was a charge for $20 more than the purchase price of the car seat from Shenzhen, China. Unfortunately now, the payment has already posted, and since it was a debit card, I am out of the money.
Usually I am pretty good at spotting these, but I let my guard down this time. Don't fall for it like I did.
We have been looking for a car seat upgrade so my wife found one of manzogo.com, I didn't think anything of it until this morning the bank had called and said that there was a suspicious purchase $128 for a pair of shoes purchased in China..The bank had to block the card and we have to get a new one.. This was my wife's account..Its really a lack of research on our end but I would like to make the BBB aware of this site. Manzogo.com.. They said they use email as their most important way of communication and that email address is [email protected] Thank you
