I placed an order with Mara Charm for a nice leather bookmark early in December. They sent a notice that delivery was on the way, and might take a couple of weeks due to monogramming. I attempted to contact this company's customer service online, but when I did a notice popped up on my computer screen saying this website was not secure. I would love to receive my order, but I doubt that I'll ever see my money.
