Contacted regarding a job posting on Indeed. Spoke with Vivian Hughes via Signal chat. Was informed I will be emailed a check to print out to buy the needed equipment to do the job, pay is $24.95. Got an offer letter and she was listed as the employer. It was very wierd to me when someone else from the same company reach out regarding an interview about the same job but the pay statedby Kyra Brooks is $30.41.

Applied to a data entry job, received an interview with the same Ms. Vivian Hughes, as someone else did on here, yet it was for a different company. It’s a company trying to impersonate Marathon Oil. The email told me to download the signal app and enter the code 6068983641, just as the other person on here had mentioned, which is odd if you ask me. How can the same hiring manager work for these two different companies? But anyways, there was no legitimate way to contact the company, and their website they posted had no legitimate way of contacting the company, so most likely a shell put up for whatever scam they are running. It was almost word for word in the email as the other person on here had mentioned when you Google 606-898-3641 and it brings you to the ScamPulse.com scam tracker website.
