The site popped up as an advertisement as Marc Jacobs stating that their Snapshot purses were on sale. I placed the order 01/04/2021 today is 01/19/2021 and I have never received a confirmation email from this site let alone any

communications from the site. I reached out to them 1/12 regarding my order via their contact us section of the site and was informed that I’ll get a response in 24 hours. I still haven’t heard anything there isn’t even a phone number to reach them on.
