Applied for a job to do some errands, shopping, etc for Marc Miller for $400. Cashiers check was promptly sent for $1890.00. I was told to deposit the check and send a picture of the deposit slip. I was then told to keep my $400 and the rest would be used to purchase art. I called the Pro Fed Credit Union that the cashiers check was written from and it was not a valid cashiers check. I guess if it sounds too good to be true, it is! Beware just because it's a cashiers check it can be fake as well.
