Neon auto transport signed a contract with me to ship a vehicle from Texas to California. The signed contract was for a total sum of $350. The contract states to Zelle them 100 and to give the driver who delivers my vehicle $250. When the driver arrived, they demanded $600 or they will not release my vehicle when I contacted neon transport and let them know they also said I had to pay the driver $600 when I informed neon auto transport that their contract states neither party can change the price once the contract has been signed. They said oh well pay $600 to the driver or he will take your car to a storage facility.

This was clearly a case of bait and switch. Moral to the story is my signed contract states a total sum of $350 and they forced me to pay $600 to release my daughter‘s vehicle..

The carrier company that delivered my car stated that this happens every day. And there’s nothing I can do about it.
