I submitted a contract with this mariachi band, manager *** *** to play two hours of mariachi music as per stated on contract. I gave him $250 for deposit and he never showed up. The contract was made to play two hours of mariachi music for the day of 12/2012 and he never showed up or called to let me know he wasn't showing up. I tried communicating with him via phone calls and text message on the date of the event and he never responded back or showed to the event. He later changed his contact number and I was not able to get hold of him.

I found out in the news that he continues making mariachi contracts with others and same situations as mine continue occurring.
