Maria and David's (MariaDavid-NewYork.com) is selling product under false advertising and deceptive labeling, or lack thereof.

This company advertises being based out of New York. They market their boots as quality and durable. I received my boots several weeks after purchase. The quality was very poor and the boots had no manufacturing company or country of origin on them.

Their website lists hassle free returns. Their website also continuously lists shipping delays due to sales promotions. It is my experience that the shipping delays are in fact due to their product being shipped out of China. This is one misleading business practice. Shipment pur of China should be disclosed on their website.

This company operates and swlls out of China and falsley adertises as operating out New York.
