A woman calling herself Mariella Wutt with an instagram account of mari.ella1895 said she had maltese puppies available for rehoming. She said she was located in Orlando, FL. I agreement was that I would pay half now and then pay for the other half when the puppy arrived. She said she took the puppy to a pet shipping company. I soon got an email from EMS international shipping email [email protected] saying they needed $825 ( the entire price of the puppy) for insurance before they could ship the puppy. Marella could provide no tracking number, no paper work or anything to guarantee the puppy would be shipped. She has stopped responding to my messages after I told her i would not pay the insurance without further proof.
