Keep changing price on the puppies from $1800 to $1300. I gave a deposit but couldn't pick up puppy so asked for my $200 back. She blocked me after that. Refuse to refund my deposit.
Violation of code T. I will be honest and ethical in financial dealings with buyers.
Also she is selling the puppies at 6 weeks.
