The exact same thing happened to me. They sent me a fake tracking number that belong to a package that was delivered to somebody else and was not even from their company. The post office provided me a picture of the package and where it was delivered. Then I contacted PayPal which was useless because they said oh the package was delivered the only problem was it had a lady's name on it and I'm a male and it was delivered to a different address than mine but PayPal screwed me and gave him his money back or their money back cuz you don't know who they are. And I told them a couple times I want my money back and they keep telling me Oh your necklace is on its way well I ordered it in January and I still haven't even got another correspondence from them. And I'm considering getting rid of my PayPal cuz they're pretty useless too.

Ordered necklace for Valentines Day and never received. Asked for a refund, they asked for my name, tracking number and my email. I sent it to them a d heard nothing back. Sent two more emails and they asked for the same exact information! They have no phone number to call or address. Upon further research MANY people have made the same mistake as I did.
