Mark aka Mr. Stone & Claire Dees with FireCreek Trust, LLC & LNR Investments, LLC ( all Closed or never existed) in and other peoples name such as Bernadette & Joseph Taplins and family and other unknown sources of fake and fraudulent companies. He is illegally renting out homes to families and individuals under stress or hardships. He currently rents out foreclosed properties that have been purchased and pockets the money and next thing you know is there are sheriffs at your door and serving you dispossessory papers. He tells you not to open the doors, or tell anyone your information. He states that he will go to the courts and file any motions necessary but fails to show up. He will tell you not to go to the courts or talk to the new "so-call" owners. Knowing all the time that he is not the rightful agent, landlord or owner. Personal advise (GO TO COURTS YOURSELF TO PROTECT YOUR INTERESTS).The lease and deeds are fake and beware because he will ask you to pay cash only. He drives a Black Toyota Prius with plates that state "BELIEVE" He is also a very slick talker and acts like he care for your best interest. He might even have you come to his house in Buford/sugar hill area off Lawrenceville-Suwannee Rd in a gated community near peachtree ind blvd. His Phone number 770-617-8777
