I responded to a job add that indeede.com - NOT to be read as indeed.com; was told the position was no longer available but their partner was searching for a PA personal assistant; asked for my name address phone #; contacted me via cell and sent a 'contract' via e-mail using AGRiMED as the company affiliation; I received a cashiers check in the amount of $3,550 asking me to deposit and let him know when the check cleared. On Saturday evening I was then directed me to purchase Amazon gift cards quantity of 10 in the amount of $2,000. There was a sense of urgency and should have raised red flags - but didn't. Next morning, contacted again to purchase an additional 6 cards - but did NOT. I was contacted several times after the request but didn't answer. They stopped texting. I have been searching for f-t jobs; without luck and wanted to demonstrate just how efficient, effective and available to urgent needs. What a fool I was!
