I ordered a Mark Ryden backpack from the website on 9/7/22 but didn't receive the product in a week then I got an email telling me product is not available it is in backorder and states that I can cancel my order. I requested a cancelation through email but they told me it is already processed and cannot be cancel. I went on to Mark Ryden Official website to require a backorder date and they told me they are not associated with "Mark Ryden Backpack" it is just another online store imitating their products. I've filed a dispute report with my credit card company.
