Not sure if this is a scam. I tried to purchase a computer from the site and payment was denied. I chatted with a rep and was told they cannot process VISA until the first of the year (2017) and that I could pay with paypal. I went to the site and there is no option to pay with paypal. This didn't make sense and I did not do business with them.
