I was currently shopping around to purchase a puppy in Nov 2020. I came across Mark & Family Pets Instagram that advertises puppies for sale. They have multiple pictures and videos of puppies advertise for immediate purchase. I logged onto their website to see if legit and it appeared to be so. I decided to chat with the owners online and from there I sent them my contact number to text me more info on the puppies. They sent me prices of the puppies and ensured that the prices included shipment which is airfare from California to New York. Within 30 days as I continued my research on the puppy I wanted, I reached out to Mark&Family Pets on Instagram to choose a puppy for purchase. They were very quick to process the transaction by asking me to send the money by Cash app or Zelle. I asked them if they accept credit card and they said no, only Cash App or Zelle. They also said that once the money was received they would then send me the documents over to me claiming that I'm the new owner of the puppy along with the air flight tracking number. I then asked them to call me so we can talk live over the phone and they refused saying that it's against their ethic and profession to speak to customers or do live video. This was clearly a scam to me and I politely declined to do any further business with these people and did NOT send them any money. I went back on their website and notice that within 30 days they had the same photos of puppies listed which were also on other websites. They also don't have a physical address listed. This company defiantly need to be looked into as a scam.
