Scammer of Mark's Bullies provided a website of his dogs and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. I asked for a receipt for the purchase of the puppy and did not receive it. The puppy was supposed to be on a flight utilizing the services of www.mediterraneanshipping.com. Was told the puppy was enroute but had to purchase insurance for the puppy to board the flight. This morning 10/4/2021, I received an email that the puppies vaccinations were expired, so I reached out to Mark's Bullies via email to inquire, because the puppies vaccinations were supposed to be up to date. I received an additional email form the shipper asking for "Cites Permits" to have the puppy delivered. There is no requirement for the state of Texas if the puppy was already vaccinated prior to being transferred. I asked for the information on where my puppy was, so I can make contact with the airline and validate the puppy was on the flight. I have not heard anything from the shipper, nor the breeder who sold me the puppy. I did a query and I saw that " Marks Bullies" was a scam!
