Word for word exact same thing i worked and was used as third party recieving stolen merchandise. When it was time to recieve paycheck the dashboard dissappeared no contacts. My sense of security is gone. I have police reports and pictures of all stolen goods. I cant believe that there are so many victims and this disgusting human has not been caught. I would love to be there when if he is ever caught. How do you have the heart to steal from people who believe are working and doing the right thing. I want to press charges. Heres the evidence of this animal.

They hired me and never responded back!

In this scam, Mark Thorne, the HR manager interviewed and signed an employment agreement with me, which says that his company Ruggelt is hiring me in the role of Material Handler. According to the agreement, I worked through their 30 probationary period, receiving and shipping packages, totaling 9 packages. By the end of the probationary period, they did not respond to my queries on my pay and assessment result of my probation. In fact, I am no longer able to access their work platform to communicate with me, let alone the $4000 30-day probationary pay owing.

OMG, After my probation period ended, which the end April, 2023, I got an email saying that they're evaluating my probation performance and they will be in touch in a few days. On the same email which was May 4th 2023 it said that may pay check was mailed and will arrive in 7-10 working days. Waited for up to 13th working, then I again sent an email confirming that I have not yet received my paycheck. May 22nd, 2023 I was told again by email that 2nd check was send to me and it will arrived in 7-10 days. June 13th 2023 that was 12th day and the check had not arrived and I again sent an email except this time, I sent it to: Payroll, Mark thorne and Annie Hall my supposedly supervisor but all of the emails came back undelivered.
This company is somewhere in California. Could someone contact State's attorney office for our pay?

I am also hired by "Mark", and I received and sent out more than 9 packages within my 30 days of "probation period", after which receive no response to my queries on pay for my "probation period", as well as the result of their probation period. Now I am no longer to access their work platform although I have saved screenshots of the processed orders and my message communication on their Chat panel.

I wonder whether it is possible to identify/locate and sue them.

I have the same email as you all! I am just saddened about the world we are living in. I shipped out a total of 11 packages. With the most expensive item was a Mac Pro book ! I picked it up from the Apple store with NO PROBLEMS…..all I wanted to do was make me some money from home. No integrity he as at all. HR is a joke! They told me my check must be lost in the mail. So the would have to VOID it and send me another one! I fell for it! I really am annoyed by this!

I was also hired by Mark Thorne my check was supposed to be issued on the 14th of April it's the 23rd of May still no check bills are due there should be something we can do about this Fake job, no matter what we rendered our services to this scam.

I was hired by Mark Thorne and I have even gotten paid yet. Now I don't know what kind of Mickey Mouse operation this is but I'm reporting everything

I got the same email and it said the same thing. I did not receive a check either. I had a feeling the whole thing was a scam. I got a bill from FedEx that I had to pay. I also purchased supplies for shipping. I was told all that would be paid back to me.

I was sent a package to unpack and resend. The package contained a Large container of coffee and a small piece of junk calculator. Why would someone spend the money to ship coffee which can be bought in any store and a calculator that can be bought at WalMart. Makes no sense I didn't open the coffee because it was sealed but I know drugs are shipped in coffee to throw the dogs off. VERY VERY SUSPICIOUS

Welcome to our team. It's a pleasure to meet you!

First things first. As you have read in your Employment Agreement, your first day of work will begin once you process your first order. This day will be reflected in the CRM system as: My Account - Account Details - Account Open Date. The dates of your following paydays will be shown there as well.

For your probation month you will earn 4550 CAD base rate + 140 CAD transport expenses = 4690 CAD/month.

In a full time position you will earn 5100 CAD base rate + 210 CAD transport expenses = 5310 CAD/month.

We've got few perks to offer you once you get on board with us:

Sometimes you will incur other job-related expenses for items such as clear packing tape, ink cartridges, basic printer, etc. You are eligible for reimbursement on these products. Just email the copies of your receipts for job related purchases to Payroll Department as an attachment. You can send them one by one, or submit all of them at the end of your probation.

The reimbursement for job related expenses, as well as a fixed amount of gas reimbursement will be added to your first paycheck altogether. No need to attach receipts for gas.

Please, keep in mind that you are eligible to receive a bonus for any extra working hours. Keep notes on every weekend/overtime processing (including order ID's) in any format, which is more convenient for you, and then email it to me 3 days prior the end of your probation.

As soon as the received information is confirmed by our Sales Department, the total amount of bonuses will be calculated and added to your first paycheck.

Now let's get to the specific documentation we need to receive from you in order to make sure your paycheck gets processed smoothly and in time on your scheduled payday.

Your first payment for probationary period will be processed on an Independent Contractor basis with no taxes deduction. For this reason, you are required to fill out the IRS W-8BEN tax form. Please, be advised that your earnings must be reported to the IRS at the end of the year. You can find the IRS W-8BEN tax form enclosed. Please, email it to me within 2 days since your probation starts to avoid any delays in releasing your paycheck.

Your first paycheck will be transferred via bank transfer, and will be processed at the end of your training (30 days after the first package gets processed) on your scheduled payday, since there might be bonuses or fines (per our Employment Agreement) applied.

Upon the end of your training it will be decided, if you are offered a full time position in our company or not. The evaluation report on your performance will be sent over to our HR Department by your personal manager on the last day of your training and it will take some time to be reviewed by our HR team.

I'm going through this situation right, now. Is this company legit?

I was contacted via text message. I could not find anything that proved I had applied for a job as a Product Handler but had been applying to so many, I assumed maybe I had forgotten. I looked on LinkedIn where I apply to all my jobs and found the 'page' that lists no employees, only has 5 followers, and a copy-and-paste paragraph about the company.

I was invited to an interview, which I completed. Mark had a very strong accent. The interviewer asked about my availability, what kind of job I thought this was, and if I would be able to get the equipment and transportation required for the position. He stated that he would forward my information from the interview to his manager and to look for an email with a conditional offer if the manager was satisfied. A half-hour later I received an email:
