Advertise through Facebook feed offering free ship and discount. Confirm purchase with an email. No product deliver, can’t contact them. Do not answer their email. Phony phone number. When trying to “post” feedback to others warning this company is fraudulent, they quickly delete the post. Filed a dispute with my credit card company, which was then resolved is my favor. Now the company is FINALLY contacting me with an email statement that the refunded one of the poufs I ordered. My Credit card was notified of this and warned me not to cancel the dispute against them, that they are trying to scam back the money and not have the dispute on their bank account.
